第四十二条 居民委员会开展本社区公益活动或者社区服务项目，可以向街道办事处以及不设区的市、市辖区的人民政府申请经费支持，也可以根据自愿原则向居民或者受益的驻社区单位筹集资金，还可以依法与有公开募捐资格的慈善组织合作募集资金。收支账目应当及时公布，接受居民监督。
